ABR: Boozy Ice Cream Moooving production
Boozy Moo, the alcohol-infused, small batch ice cream out of the Capital Region is moving to the Town of New Scotland, the Albany Business Review is reporting. The owners also own the Yard Hatchet House and Bar where they have been producing the ice cream and selling it to patrons by the pint and scoop, but they thought they could do more, so they bought a 7,100 square foot warehouse and office space that fit the requirements: dairy prodcuts an be made there; it is not too fancy; and it is on one level, the story says.
