ABJ: New owners take control of Central Warehouse
The beleaguered Central Warehouse in Albany is now owned by a development team that plans to spend about $100 million on the building, converting it into apartments, commercial space and, maybe, a rooftop restaurant, the Albany Business Journal is reporting. The transfer of ownership through eminent domain is still being fought in courts.
