Vacant Glens Falls Arts District building gets $1 million from Restore NY
A redevelopment project in the City of Glens Falls has won a $1 million Restore NY grant, Governor Kathy Hochul’s office announced Monday.
When the project, a vacant former warehouse at 178-180 Maple St. in the city’s Arts District, went before the Glens Falls Planning Board, the plan was to redevelop the building into a mixed-use, residential-and-office building, FoothillsBusinessDaily.com reported at the time.
