ABJ: Plug Power expansion
Plug Power expects its new $125 million, 420,000-square-foot factory to be at full operation within six months, the Albany Business Journal is reporting. The company built itself on fuel cells that power forklifts but they are expanding into stationary fuel cells that power data centers and factories, and the company expects its largest product to become the electrolyzer that splits the water atom into the hydrogen and oxygen that the fuel cell uses, the story says.
