ABJ: Troy Atrium leaps one hurdle
A plan to change a portion of the Troy Atrium into an 118,000 square-foot apartment complex won conditional site plan approval from the Troy Planning Commission on Wednesday, the Albany Business Journal is reporting. One hurdle still remains: The city still owns a small portion of the building and uses it as the winter time home of the farmers market. The city must approve the plans as well, the story says.
