ABJ: Business change benefits post-pandemic
Companies in the Capital Region are considering what benefits they offer to improve the long-term mental and physical health of their employees, the Albany Business Journal is reporting. About 1-in-5 employees nationally rate their mental health as fair or poor. The effects have been especially hard on women, and employers are offering more help with child care costs, mental health treatment and transition planning and help for mothers returning to work, the story says.
