ABR: Troy apartment development begins
The Troy Industrial Development Authority granted tax incentives to the BDC Group’s plan for a $17 million market-rate apartment complex in the city. The incentives give the final go-ahead on a project about two years in the making the Albany Business Review is reporting. The 52-unit, five-floor apartment complex, Kings Landing II, will be built near the Green Island Bridge. The building will incorporate a couple of buildings already on site as a nod to neighbors who said the original design was too large for the row house neighborhood, the story says.
