ABR: Multi-use development planned for Route 50 between SpaCity and Ballston Spa
The Town of Milton is considering plans for a four-building retail and apartment complex on 10.5 acres off Route 50 about three miles south of the Saratoga Performing Arts Center, the Albany Business Review is reporting. Plans from a Broadalbin developer include two, single-floor retail buildings and two, four-floor apartment buildings totaling almost 90,000 square feet, the story says.
