ABJ: NCAA in Albany is big business
Albany is hosting the first two rounds of the NCAA’s Divison I men’s basketball tournament, and the county’s sports commissioner is trying to make hay while the sun shines, the Albany Business Journal is reporting. Director Jay Cloutier tells other event planners to look at what Albany does to bring in an event and make the organizers happy.

Warren County: 2 customers without power, down from 2,077 yesterday at this time.
Washington County: 206 customers without power, down from 1,761 yesterday at this time. The warming center in Easton is still open.
Saratoga County: 21 customers without power, down from 1,235 yesterday at this time.
