ABJ: Adelphi reconstruction switches to condos
The Adelphi Hotel in downtown Saratoga Springs will include condos, not apartments, says the Albany Business Journal. Developers Mike Dubb and Larry Roth are putting $75 million into a renovation and expansion of the building, and they have found more interest in people who want to buy than rent. Hotel rooms will grow from 32 to 65, and 79 condos will hit the marekt at $600,000 to $1.5 million apiece, the story says.
Washington County Emergency
County officials gave the all clear yesterday evening. Power that was cut during the snowstorm earlier this week is back on and the warming centers have closed.
