ABJ: Colonie gets Jimmy John’s
Work-from-home has meant lunchtime to-go orders, and for the past two years, siblings Griff and Amanda Rees have filled the need from the Guilderland Jimmy John’s restaurant they have owned for eight years. Now, reacting to the growth of at-home eating, they have opened a second Jimmy John’s restaurant in Colonie, the Albany Business Journal is reporting. The new store is smaller with a dine-in capacity of just 12 and an aim at the lunch rush, which is two-thirds of their business.
