ABJ: Capitalize Albany looking to capitalize on former bus property
Albany’s nonprofit economic development arm, Capitalize Albany, has entered a $200,000 contract with Stantec Real Estate Strategies to find developers to invest in the properties that the city took over through eminent domain, a story in the Albany Business Journal says. Stantec’s job is to make a plan, to figure out if the parcel of about 5 acres of develop-able land should be aimed at one large project or a series of smaller ones, the story says.
