P-S: Not enough pancakes can help Qby Fire company
The North Queensbury Volunteer Fire Company is requesting $150,000 from Warren County to replace a hovercraft airboat that broke down during recent rescue mission on Glen Lake, the Post-Star is reporting. Officials from the company asked the county’s American Rescue Plan Act Committee for the money, arguing that they have been fiscally responsible, but it would take about 67 pancake breakfasts to raise the money themselves.
