ABR: Albany security firm bought by Rochester-based company
For the sixth time in three years, Doyle Security Systems of Rochester has purchased another company. This time, the home and office security and medical monitoring firm has acquired AMS Security Plus of Albany, the Albany Business Review is reporting. AMS will become part of Doyle's Albany branch, one of nine state branches, the story says.
