A thunderstorm last night forced another overload of untreated sewage into the Hudson River.
The Washington County, the Pump Station at 35 Bridge, Hudson Falls, N.Y.
Pump Station. This affects the Hudson River. At the time of the post, it had been ongoing for 14 hours and an estimated 75,000 gallon was discharged. It is a permitted combined sewer overflow discharge meaning that the sewer line and stormwater line are combined, and both together created the overflow.

ABR: Troy development gets $19M from NYS budget
The redevelopment of One Monument Square in downtown Troy will be aided by $19 million in this year’s New York State budget, Albany Business Review is reporting (the Times Union had the story earlier). Assemblyman John T. McDonald III, a Cohoes Democrat, helped to secure the funding, adding that he supported it because it supported workforce development and workforce housing, among other public benefits, the story says. A Hoboken, N.J. developer has said the six-story project would cost as much as $64 million.
