ABR: Caruso Builders takes on large, Malta development
Caruso Builders purchased Sage Estates in Malta, an approved-but-undeveloped, 68-unit townhome project near the Malta Drive-In, the Albany Business Review is reporting. It is the largest project that owner Anthony Caruso has taken on, the story says. He plans to start infrastructure work for the 34 duplexes in June and to open a model in the fall, the story says.
