ABR: Business for Good seeks pet project
The nonprofit Business for Good foundation is looking to rebuild and expand the Mahogany Ridge pet training and day care center, which they acquired last year, on five acres near I-87 Northway Exit 13 in Malta, the Albany Business Review is reporting. The proposed property is part of the 100-plus-acre Stewart's Shops Corp., headquarters. Jennifer Weis, the owner and manager of Mahogany Ridge, would remain general manager of the new business. All profits will be donated to animal-related charities, the story says.
