NYS “shovel ready” grant has greater Capital Region looking
The new $200 million FAST grant program — Focused Attraction of Shovel-Ready Tracts — provides certification and grants to help attract high-tech manufacturing, distribution companies and other larger enterprises to key commercial sites in the state, and the Capital Region is looking to get a piece of the pie, says the Albany Business Journal.
